Happy Tails Dachshund Rescue is a 501c3, non-profit volunteer organization that loves the dachshund dog breed.

Our mission is to save as many Doxies from euthanasia, abuse, or abandonment and to adopt them into as many loving, forever homes. We also strive to promote and encourage the responsible care of pets, especially spaying, neutering, and vaccination of all pets.

HTDR does not host regular adoption events. When adoption events are scheduled, the details will be shared here and on our social media platforms. 

Meet and greets will be scheduled as part of the regular adoption process for each dog.
